It had been rumoured that she had flown to Paris to have a final wedding dress fitting.
And while Kim is said to be over the moon about the dress she will wear to wed Kanye West, she had to leave the gown in the French capital as she headed back to Los Angeles.
However, the star wasn't entirely empty-handed, and appeared to have picked up something from her visit to the Balmain showroom the day before.
