She's gaining Oscar buzz for her role in the family saga August: Osage County.

But Julia Roberts put awards season campaigning on hold, temporarily, to jet off with her family in Los Angeles on Monday.


The 46-year-old Oscar winner managed to pull off the very tricky double denim look in a chambray shirt and matching jeans teamed with a furry vest and oxblood moccasins.

The Pretty Woman actress dressed all three of her children - fraternal twins Phineas & Hazel and son Henry - in matching Uggs.

Blonde Hazel, nine, was casually attired in a purple Malibu T-shirt, lavender skirt, and raspberry leggings.

Six-year-old Henry looked similar in a grey T-shirt, white sweatpants and a striped beanie.

Before the family took off, Julia made sure to escort her princess as she walked their pet poodle for a quick pit stop.

Two members of the flight staff then assisted the former actress and playwright board the posh private jet.

Not seen Monday was Julia's husband of over a decade, cameraman Danny Moder.

Roberts has put parenting first since becoming a mother, and only makes one or two movies a year so she can spend more time with her little ones.

'I'm pretty strict. I was raised in a pretty strict way and we want to instil the same principles and values that my husband and I were raised with,' the Notting Hill star told OK! magazine.

‘But now and again it's great to say, "Let's do this outrageous thing - let's have an ice cream on a Wednesday!" But you can only have that moment if you have good boundaries around the rest of it.'

The three-time Golden Globe winner addressed rumours she was expecting her fourth child on Ellen Degeneres' show this week.

But then she got serious and flatly stated: 'I'm not pregnant.'

The Mirror Mirror star will next appear in August: Osage County - due out January 10 - which is based on Tracy Letts' Pulitzer- and Tony-winning play.

In it, Roberts plays Meryl Streep's eldest daughter and the estranged wife to Ewan McGregor's college professor, who left his wife for one of his students.

The talented A-lister will battle Jennifer Lawrence, Lupita Nyong'o, June Squibb, and Sally Hawkins at the Golden Globe Awards airing January 12 on NBC.

She'll also compete against Jennifer, Lupita, June, and Oprah Winfrey at the SAG Awards airing January 18 on TNT and TBS.
